On the b2b level, our goal is to partner with businesses who will beat up the software and provide feedback. Ultimately, we want to work cooperatively to develop the survey software around what they need.
On the consumer level, we find asking the right questions to be difficult. So, we are focusing on advanced features that will assist in question writing, moving away from question banks and towards a "coPilot" AI that will essentially form questions for you. We are offering all of the advanced features that companies like SurveyMonkey offer, but we will offer them for free, while eventually charging for things that cost us money, like distribution and response limits etc.
